Rachel Zoe’s crepe mini dress is intentionally cut to dip off of one shoulder. Embellished along the collar with a vine of colourful embroidery, beads and sequins, it eliminates the need for busy accessories. An internal gummed strip along the arm keeps the bell sleeve in place.
